Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Smart Multiplication Tables mobile application (the "Application") operated by Dương Hồng Tuấn ("Service Provider", "us", or "we").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access or use the Application.

1. License and Use of the Application

The Service Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
• Use the Application for any commercial purpose without explicit permission.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and code, are owned by the Service Provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application may contain links to third-party web sites or services (such as Google AdMob or Firebase) that are not owned or controlled by the Service Provider. The Service Provider has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Service Provider shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

4. Privacy and Children's Data

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As an educational application, we are committed to providing a safe environment for children and comply with applicable laws regarding children's privacy (such as COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Service Provider expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Application, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses) arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the Application.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
